A rocky peninsula with firepit extends your riverfront another 100 feet into the Potomac.

The large deck and stone patio features a variety of seating options, gas grill, and dining area.

The vintage mobile home has been completely renovated inside. Besides the brand new, spacious kitchen, you'll find two bedrooms, two full baths, and a large living/dining area with wood-burning fireplace.

It's just a 5-mile drive to quaint and charming Shepherdstown, and 10 miles to fascinating Harpers Ferry. History lovers will appreciate the close proximity to Antietam Battlefield, Harpers Ferry National Park, and many other Civil War sights. Fantastic hiking, river rafting, and biking along the C&O Canal await the adventurer.

Within a 10 mile radius you'll find plenty of options for groceries, shopping, and dining.

Plum Lazy is in a secluded neck-o-the-woods with limited cell coverage. We have Wi-Fi internet that's good enough for streaming Netflix, etc. on the Roku TV, but it's only moderately fast and there are occasional outages.
